| The Program is designed for 8 sessions over a two week period. Students who are unable to take both weeks can choose one, however we need to limit the number of these students in order to have consistency. AGES 8 through 13 Early registration is required. WEEK ONE WEEK TWO July 6th through July 9th July 13th through July 16th Monday through Thursday 10:00AM to 2:00PM AGES 8 through 13 Through the use of improvisation and theater games, students will be taught the art of stage acting.. Short scripts are used to entice the young performers to create full characters and learn the acting process. Our classes will also include: Scene Study - Character Building – Vocal and Physical Control – Audition techniques …and for those who are interested Musical Theatre Song Performance (Accompanist will be provided.) At the end of week one, a mock audition with professional directors will be held. Getting professional feedback will give the student an edge on their next audition. All exercises are adapted for each student depending on their skill level. Every one gets individual guidance, so class size is restricted. All materials are included in the price for the workshop.
