AFTER SCHOOL SPECIAL

In order to be a well round individual, a
person should be educated. At The Gallery
Theatre, we believe that the Arts are a very
important part of that education. Performing
Arts can help define the social skills of a
child and give them a base for public
speaking that can be useful in any vocation.
Portraying characters can give the child an
insight to the "human condition" that can,
in time, result in a compassionate
understanding of other people and  also
                                performing in front of an
                                audience will hone
                               confidence and instill a
                              sense of pride.
In this fast paced world we
                              live,  "down time" for a
                                child usually means they
                                   get to play on their
                                computers if  they're done
                                        with their schoolwork.
                            The Gallery Theatre
                            "Don't Forget the Arts!"
                           Youth program offers a
                           safe            environment
                         where        children can
                         have        fun while they
                                                     learn.
