Do you know the classic tale of The Emperor's
New Clothes?
It teaches us that vanity can cloud your
judgement and honesty is best policy.
Well what this new version teaches us is that
anything that comes from the mind of
Mark Torreso is bound to be a bit twisted!
Based on the Classic tale but with a few twists
this family musical will make you
laugh until you cry.
Made into a Hollywood movie, this adaptation of
Oscar Wilde's masterpiece is just as funny and
poignant today as it was back in 1890!
Woven with Wilde's incomparable wit and
sarcasm, we are thrust into a world of social
status, intrigue, and of course, promiscuity!
You'll become entwined in the lives of these
pretentious social climbers and amazed at how
their lives echo the lives of some of our
most popular celebrities.
This beautiful piece written by Garry Kluger
is now a part of the Gallery's 2013 Season!

Every family has its thorns, but at the heart of
every family is love, forgiveness and a bond
that can’t be broken.
Follow Ed and Sue through 46 years of
laughter, pain, love and loss.

A Thorn in the Family Paw was originally
presented as a staged reading here at the
Gallery Theatre, after hearing your
comments, Garry Kluger has re-worked the
piece and it's ready for a full scale
production. We would like to thank our
Gallery Patrons for helping to bring this
amazing piece to life.
Our Christmas Cabaret has become a family tradition to many
Gallery Theatre Patrons.
Taking a tongue in cheek approach to some of the foibles of
preparing for the Holidays, this wacky cabaret has been known
to cause belly laughs as well as a tear or two. The best way to
get into the spirit during, what can be, a hectic time.
Come and see and we're confident it will become a new family
tradition for you too.
STAGED
READINGS
Staged readings are an important part
of the process of bringing a new play to
life!

Each year the Gallery Theatre is
committed to producing a staged
reading of a new work for our audiences.

These readings allow the playwright to
see first hand, what works, what doesn't
work and what needs to be done to get
their pieces ready for a full scale
production.

This year the gallery Theatre is proud to
present, a staged reading of:
In 1943 a mysterious disappearance
happened in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Three sisters, 14, 12 and 10 were held for
questioning when their stepfather suddenly
disappeared. Traces of blood, fingerprints
and broken furniture all led detectives to
'foul play" yet no body or murder weapon
could be found.

54 years later, after a life of solitude,
shunned by the town these three sisters
are ready to tell the truth.
